SUBJECT:	Purchase of a Floor Jack & Hoist
When we first came to the Court asking to purchase a jack out of line item 15-611-570 we
were told the available funds were loan money. Tommy Tomlinson later informed us these funds
were budgeted funds. Therefore, it is left to the discretion of the Court as to how they are spend.
At this time we ask to purchase the jack we discussed earlier and a hoist to improve safety in
the shop.
