By using this form and working within the guidelines we can improve service to the citizens of Kerr County. ~- ,: ;. , RE: ROUTING SLIP FOR SUBDIVISION PLATTING There seems to be some confusion about subdivision platting. Last year, I sent a letter to all surveyors in Kerr County requesting that aU plats be submitted to the Road and Bridge Offoe 15 days prior to agenda day. Plats are to be considered and accepted for the agenda by the County Engineer, and ~ on Commissioners Court Road & Bridge Day which is the first Tuesday of the Morrth. Enclosed is a copy of the routing slip introduced last October that assures the following: 1. There is ample time for review by the County Engineer. 2. Surveyors have plenty of time to make corrections. 3. All parties involved in the platting process have been notified. 4. All fees have been paid prior to asking for Commissioners Court approval. 5. That we present to the Court only those plats that are ready for acceptance. To improve the service to the citizens of Kerr County please use the routing slips and work within the guidelines. Communications to all parties involved is an essential part of the platting process. Copies of the "Routing Slip for Plats" are available at the Road & Bridge Office.
