Subject: Consider Schreiner Trust for Right of Way ott Goat Creek Cut-Off
We have a line of sight problem where Nimitz Road comes into Goat Creek Cut-Off and another
at the curve. We are working with the owner of both pieces of property to acquire right-of--way
and move the fence to make a safer roadway.
We ask the Court to consider the Schreiner Trust to fund the cost of acquiring the right-of--way
necessary to make the improvements..
