Subject: Clariftcation of Coturty Roads
We have two roads that need clarification on the Kerr County Maintenance List.
a) Stubbelfield Road is a dirt road in Precinct 2 that is list as 2-N on the maintenance
list, however the crews say they have bladed and maintained it through the years. The length
of the road is 425 Ft. (.08 mile)
b) Lessie Lane is a paved road that runs between Avery Road & Hartshorn that is not on
the maintenance list. This road was paved and maintained by the County.
We feel both of these roads were listed incorrectly. At this time we ask the Court to consider
these roads and add them to the listed as Kerr County Maintained Roads.
