EXECUTIVE SESSION REQUESTED: PLEASE STATE REASON 1) Any subdivisions within the er__~+_r-ħħħ~~ ETJ of the City of Kerrville, or the '~.~E ETJ for Ingram, that are reviewed and approved by the respective City Staff shall be reviewed by the Kerr County Engineer and approved by him for recording in the Clerk's office. If, however, the subdivision contains roads to be built for dedication to the public, the County Engineer can require the plat to be brought before Commissioners Court. A preliminary sketch shall be submitted to the County Engineer and Commissioner for the respective precinct for the determination of procedure. 2) Minor subdivisions outside the Ingram and Kerrville ETJ can be approved by the County Engineer. Minor subdivisions are hereby defined as follows: 1. Shall not necessitate the extension of any streets, public or private, to provide access to any lot. 2. Shall not involve the consruction of a public water system or a community sewage collection/treatment system.
