FONDERN HABERMACHER, ALLYNE P. CRIDER, OTELA D. PATTERSON, and
HARION MARK CRIDER ar7d petition the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas
to abandon all claims and interest to a road referred to as the "Klein-Habermacher
Road" in an October ~1, 1988 designation of "county Maintained" roads for Precinct 4
of Kerr County, Texas and in support thereof would show:
The "Klein-Habermacher Raad" (hereafter the "road") is located in Precinct 4 of
Kerr County, Texas. The road is located on property owned by WILLIAM FRED KLEIN,
BARNEY L KLEIN, CATHERINE KLEIN KE~3LINGER, and ENOLA KLEIN LOVE and is
approximately 6 miles East of the intersection of Hwy. 83 and Hwy. 41. The road
provides access to and from Hwy. 41 from a ranch referred to as the Habermacher
Ranch which is owned by ALLYNE P. CRIDER, pTELA D. PATTERS4N, and MARION
MARK CRIDER said ranch having been purchased form CHARLES HABERMACHER
and CAMIL.LE FONDERN HAOEI~MACHER.
The only parties to be affected by this petition to abandon are the
petitioners.
The parties to this petition have entered into an agreement which will
assure each of the parties access to and from their respective ranches.

The termination of this road as a "County Maintained" rand will save the
taxpayers of Kerr County, Texas the cost of maintaining and repairing the road.
V.
The petitioners request the county abandon all claims or interest in the
"Klein-Habermacher" road.
WHEREFQRE PREMISES CONSIDERED the petitioners pray the County
will abandon all claims to the "Klein~Habermacher Road" as a "County
Maintained" road.
