COMMENTS concerning this plat by any of the above offices: t -- To: Commissioners Court From: Franklin Johnston, P.E. Date: Wednesday, February 16, 1994 Subject: Replat of Tract 1, Houston Estates (Preliminary and Final Combined) 1. This is a Reptat of Platted Subdivision, in which there are two owners. With acreage greater than 25 acres. One owner is replating 9.32 acres to self to the other owner. Official notification is not required since both parties are involved in the transaction. 2. There are no county roads involved. 3. This is almost a "minor replat", but does not fall into the definition because it creates anew lot (1-A), and not just remove a lot line. I recommend the preliminary and final replat be combined.
