1. I just received this request on agenda deadline filing date and have not
have time to discuss it with Mt. Ladd. I called but he was not home.
2. Subdivison Regulations are clear about Re-Plating notification, since it
changes the character of the subdivision. This should not be waived, in
my opinion, because it would not give al! the other landowners a chance
to express their views as to how the Re-Plat could affects their property
values.
