to rescind this order by Commissioner Oehler, Seconded by

On behalf of Margaret L. Johnson we are requesting your
consideration of this Vacating Plat of Greenwood Forest Section
No. 10 as per the enclosed plat.
A new owner will submit to the County a subdivision of this area
in the future. But the contract on the property is contingent on
this Section No. 10 being vacated.
There are some easements to be retained by the utility
companies. We will prepare a description of the easements and
record them.
