Commissioners Court:
I have once again, been contacted by The United Way Foundation.
Kerr County employees have in the past contributed to the United
Way Foundation. This is not done thru payroll deduction. An en-
velope is passed around to each department. Employees who wish
to contribute may do so by enclosing what ever amount they wish
in the envelope.
I am, requesting your authorization to allow this to be a county
employee donation by allowing-these donations to be collected
during county working hours.
