MOTION TO MOVE THE COi7NTY AUDITOR'S OFFICE
On this the 22nd day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court voted by a majority vote of 3-0-1 with Commissioner
Lackey Abstaining, to move thc. Ruc~itor's Office to the back of
the Tax Assessor's Office as indicated on drawings and build
the necessary doors and walls indicated with this area being
approximately 600 square feet.

MOVE TO GAIN SPACE FOR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PLAN 1.
Move JP 1 into auditor office.
Move auditor into part of tax assessor office.
This will require the construction of approximately
45 feet of new wall.and two new doors.
Access will be thru the county clerk office.
PLAN 2.
Advantage: Space will be gained for the commissioers, the
auditor, and JP 1. This will also place the auditor near
the computor terminal..
Adult probation can be moved into the wood shop which will
eliminatef~ o~ monthly rent and consolidate county government.
Move the Tax assessor & Collector into the wood shop.
Move the auditor and JP 1 as in Plan 1.
Use additional pen space for the County attorney etc.
Use space in basement for storage of items in the County
Clerk's office which will give her more space in the back room.
Advantages: Easy access to the Tax office for the public.
Opens the basement for storage which now takes up valuable
office space,
Wood shop has 5400 sq. ft. which would probably allow for other
offices.
