GENERRL PROVISIONS UNDER SRLRRIES
On this the 30th day of R~.ig~_ist 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
Cotir•t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to amend
Section III, Item 4 in the General F'r•ovisions creating a
pay schedule for the Sheriff's Department entitled "Law
Enfor°cement" secr•etar•ies and clerks are excluded from the "Law
Enforcement Sched~_~le".
