bn this the 10th day of November 1994, came on to be
considered by the Co~_mt the r^eturns to be canvassed, to
determine the results of the General Election held on November
8, 1994 and the Co~_~r^t having canvassed and tab~.ilated the
recur•ns of the Sixteen Election precincts anti the Absentee
Canvassing Roar•d F3ox, ar'e of the opinion that said returns,
after having been opened and canvassed, ar-e true and correct
and should be approved.
Therefor^e, on motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded
by Commissioner Lackey, the Court unanimously approved by a
vote of 4-0-0, that the recur^ns ar^e canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 8, F'age 76 thr-~_~ A0, Recor^d of Election Ret~_ir^ns of
N,er^r Co~_inty, Texas and as certified then^eto by the four (4)
members of the Coi_irt, ar'e in all r-espect approved.
