AGREEMENT FOR ELECTRICAL SERVICE

KPUB agrees to sell and deliver to Customer, and Customer agrees;tg,purchase-aytdrece~ye,•rom KPUB,

hereinafter cal led "Point of Delivery", upon 4he following terms:

1. Customer shall pay KPUB monthly for service hereunder up to and including
kilowatts, hereinafter called "Contract Load", at the rates and upon the terms and conditions of the Kerrville
Public Utility Board Service Regulations and paid for pursuant to KPUB's established Rate Schedule for the class
of service supplied hereunder. KPUB's Rate Schedules and Service Regulations, both incorporated herein by
reference and made a part hereof, are on file at KPUB's offices and at the City of Kerrville.
2. The initial billing period hereunder shall start when Customer begins using electric power and energy,
or days after KPUB notifies Customer in writing that service is available hereunder, whichever shall
occur first.
3. Bills for utility service hereunder shall be due and payable at the office of KPUB, 2250 Memorial Blvd.,
Kerrville, Texas monthly in accordance with the KPUB rules and regulations. In the case of discontinuance or ter-
mination prior to the contracted period the customer will owe KPUB not only the amount then due for service
hereunder, but as liquidated damages to KPUB and not as a penalty, a further sum the minimum amounts
guaranteed under KPUB's rate schedule then in effect hereunder.
4. Customer shall deposit with KPUB an amount equal to two months estimated power bills; however,
said deposit may be waived upon establishing guarantees in accordance with the KPUB Service Regulations.
5. This agreement is unassignable except by written consent of both parties.
6. Venue of any litigation arising hereunder shall be in Kerr County, Texas.
7. Customer hereby grants KPUB rights-of-way and permits necessary for performance hereunder, over,
on or upon land owned or controlled by Customer including, upon the termination of this agreement for any
reason, the right to remove from Customer's premises all meters and other property of Authority.
8. This agreement shall become effective on the date first above written and shall remain in effect until
years following the start of said initial billing period, and, unless written notice is given by either
party to the other not less than 30 days before the termination of said ~ year period, then this agree-
ment shall be continued from month to month thereafter until terminated by such written notice given not less
than 30 days before the expiration of one such monthly period.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this agreement to be signed in duplicate as of the

The undessignedl(krereinafter~~~,t~e/"'Consumer") hereby makes application for Electric Service at
ACC? ~-C!G~~~`,'Lc`~~r,~-• /Gr--.:z-.~'-~.> ,to the Kerrville Public
Utility Board (hereinafter called "KPUB"), and agrees to pay for same as measured by the Distributor's meter
according to rate applicable. If service is disconnected for nonpayment, a reconnect charge of $ ~r~'• r'l~~
plus the amount due will be collected by KPUB before electric service will be restored.
The Consumer agrees to permit authorized agents of KPUB free access to the premises of the Consumer
for the purpose of connecting, inspecting, testing, reading, repairing or removing the meter or other property of
KPUB, and the Consumer expressly agrees not to permit anyone other than authorized agents of KPUB to molest
or otherwise tamper with property of KPUB or to remove its seals from same.
KPUB shall have the right, but shall not be obligated, to inspect any installation before electric service is
introduced, or at any later time, and reserves the right to reject any wiring or appliances not in accordance with
KPUB's standards, but such inspection or failure to inspect or reject shall not be regarded as an insurance
against defects in installation, wiring or appliances and shall not render KPUB any loss or damage, resulting
from defects in the installation, wiring or appliances or from violation of KPUB's rules and regulations, or from
accidents which may occur upon Consumer's premises.
KPUB will make reasonable provision to insure satisfactory and continuous service, but it does not
guarantee continuous service, and will not be liable for loss or damage caused by unavoidable accident, or
causes which KPUB could not reasonably have foreseen and guarded against.
The Consumer agrees that this application is subject to KPUB Rules and Regulations, a copy of which is
open for inspection at 2250 Memorial Bivd., Kerrville, Texas, and that these Rules and Regulations are a part of
this agreement.

All applications for new service or line extensions involving construction activity ate subjett to a maximum 90 day waiting period.
Depending on type of service and location, requests aze filled in chronological order. (First come, first serve basis.)
Connect orders, easements, customer job orders, and customer contribution forms, if required, mus[ be completed and prepayment
for line extensions and work done at customer's request must be submitted to the Kerrville Public Utility Boazd office prior to begin-
ning construction.
Location of electric service entrance must be coordinated thcough this office. At the beginning of construction and upon completion
of construction our Engineering Depattment should be notified. Only during final stages of construction will the customer or elettri-
cian be issued a meter socket for petmanet service.
Necessazy and reasonable deviations from [he above will be at the discretion of KPUB.
