APPROVAL OF KERR COUNTY TO PROCEED
WITH THE AGREEMENTS PRESENTED FROM RECOR
FOR A JIJVENILE DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 30t.h day of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Ho7.ekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to approve the
Kerr County Juvenile board as agent to proceed with the
agreement presented to the Court by RECOR as recommended by
Ilsa Bailey, Assistant. County Attorney.
