Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner- Holekamp, the
Cnur•t unanimously approved by a vote of 4-G-0, to approve the
variance to Waste Water• Rules and Regulations pertaining to
the separation distances between private wells and sewerage
disposal area; affecting the installation of an up-graded
on-site sewerage system.
