On this the 22nd day of EPbruary 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-8, to have EBP
Healthplans process all claims prior to initial run-in date of
Augu:,t 1, 1993 for an Administration Charge of $7.00 per
Claim.

APPROVAL OF ADJUSTING PRECINCT LINES FOR BETTER
ACCESS FOR VOTING AND HIRING ALLISON & ASSOCIATES
TO DRAW NEW LINES
On this the 22nd day of February ].994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to adjust
precinct lines for better access for voting and hiring Allison
and Associates to draw the new lines to submit to the Justice
Department. Commi:>sioner Holekamp was approinted liason for
the changes.
