Dear Commissioner Oehler:
Commissioner Joe Pierce, whose term expires December 31,
1995, will be moving from the District in about a month. We
would like to recommend Glen R. McCullough to complete the
unexpired term.
Mr. McCullough is a retired chemical engineer from Shell Oil
Company. He has lived in the District, in the Bear Paw
residential area, for over a year, and has recently joined the
Texas Star Realty Co. as a real estate salesman. He has both the
credentials and the motivation to be an effective board member.
Your assistance in gaining the approval of the
Commissioner's Court for the appointment of Mr. McCullough,
effective on August 1, 1994, is greatly appreciated,
