Data Ser^v ices, Inc.
Betty R~_ir^ney addressed the Court wanting to purchase a docket
software fr^ani Rpollo Data Ser'vices, Inc. The cost of the
system would be cheaper if two units were bought at the same
time. Rob Tench stated he too is having problems with the
system that was provided by the State and would like to see
the Rpollo System. Tommy Tomlinson stated that Randera
County was using the Rpollo and they seemed to like the
system. The Court's r^ecommendation to the Judge's was to-
have them go to Randera County and see the system to see if
they could use to the same thing. They are to come back to
the Court with a report of what they have seen.

Guadalupe Savings Building repairs - Doors, Threshold,
Windows, Telephone Transfer, Rir Conditioning and Heating
Unit, and Electrical.
Eddie Holland addressed the Court asking if these items could
be taken care of before they move into the Guadalupe Savings
R~_iilding. The Co~.ir-t stated all of these things would be
taken car^e of before they moved in.
