for request for proposal for County General Liability and
Property Insurance Coverage.

IN THF. COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 25th day of January 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-e, to transfer
$915.00 from Line Item No. 10-492-330, Election Expense to
Line Item No. 10-402-456, Machine Repairs in the County
-_ Clerk's Office. After checking with the Auditor's Office the
funds were available in Machine Repairs.

CLARIFICATION OF ROADS IN ELM PASS 2
On this the 25th day of January 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept the 4
miles of Lehmann and David, 5/10 of a mile of Gussie Way
North, and 7/10 of a mile of Lehmann and have a public hearing
changing the names of Lehmann and David to Elm Pass II Drive,
and 7/10 of a mile of Lehmann to Ingenhuett. Mari-B, State
Mountain, Gussie Way South, Reagan, Honey Lane, Frances and
~ Linda Lou to be taken off as they have never been maintained
by the County.
