Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept the
lowest bid proposal submitted by Terra Dynamics of Austin for
( the Environmental Study on the New Law Enforcement Facility.
