_ COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON Tuesday
{ February 1, 1994 with all Officers present and the following
- proceedings were had:
ORDER NO. 21806
APPROVAL TO PAY LATE BILL TO NDAA
INSURANCE SERVICES OFFICES
On this the 1st day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay
$3,920.00 fram Line Item No. 10-475-480, Insurance Liability,
and authorization of a handcheck.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for 53,920.00 made payable to
NDAA Insurance Services Offices for Liability Insurance in the
County Attorney's Office.
