On this the 1st day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by commissioner Holekamp, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to advertise
for bids on equipment by the hour in the Road and Bridge
Department.

Clarification of Kensing Ranch Road.
This item was discussed and the only thing the Court would
like to do with this road is to Blade the road. The road and
bridge department will be working in the area of Kensing Road
this spring and this road is on the County list but the most
the Court can do is blade the road.

OF MSRB RULE G-23 ALLOWING FINANCIAL ADVISOR
TO BID ISSUER'S OBLIGATIONS WHEN SOLD AND
AUTHORIZATION OF THE COUNTY JUDGE'S SIGNATURE
On this the 1st day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
letter complying with the requirements of MSRB Rule G-23 which
allows the financial advisor of an issuer to bid when the
issuer's obligations are sold competitively and authorize the
County Judge to sign same.
