COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION ON Tuesday,
February 8, 1994 with the following Officers Present: W. G.
Stacy, County Judge, Ray Lehman, Commissioner Prect # 1, T. H.
~. Lackey, Commissioner Prect # 2, Glenn K. Holekamp,
Commissioner Prect # 3, and Bruce Oehler, Commissioner Prect #
4 and the following proceedings were had:

APPROVAL OF MINUTES AND WAIVED THE READING
OF SAID MINUTES
On this the 8th day of February 1494, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved the minutes and waived the reading
of said minutes. The Minutes submitted: Regular Session on
Tuesday January 11, 1994, Special Session on Tuesday, January
25, 1994, and Special Session on Monday, January 31, 1994.

ACCEPTANCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS
On this the 8th day of February 1994, came on to be considered
by the Court the reports of the County and Precinct Officials
of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and considered by the
Court finds that said reports should be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to
audit. Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by
Commissioner Oehler, the. Court unanimously accepted the
