BUDGET AMENDMENT TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY
AND TRANSFER FUNDS FROM SURPLUS
AND AUTHORIZATION OF A HAND CHECK
On this the 8th day of February 1999, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare an emergency
and transfer $18,065.61 from Surplus Funds to Line Item No.
10-436-417, Special Trials, in 198th District Court and
authorization of hand checks.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for $900.00 made payable to Emil
K. Prohl, $430.00 made payable to Reagan, Burrus, Dierksen,
Lamon, & Bluntrer, P. C. and $5,775.00 made payable to Steven
J. Pickell.
ORDER NO. 21816
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF WHISKEY RIDGE RANCHES
On this the 8th day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
final plat of Whiskey Ridge Ranches contingent on the
disclaimer from the City of Kerrville, Signature of Central
Texas Coop and amend Order No. 21730 crianging the name from
Whiskey Canyon Ranch aka Cypress Creek Ranches to Whiskey
Ridge Ranches.
