APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO ARCHITECT FOR
JWENILE DETENTION FACILITY PLANS
On this the 8th day of February 1999, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court voted 2-3-0, this motion failed by a majority vote to
not pay the $4,805.16 to the Architect, Ruben Bohnert for the
facility plans of the Juvenile Detention Center.

CONSIDERATION OF THE APPLICATION TO THE FEDERAL
AVIATION DIVISION FOR A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000.00
On this the 8th day of February 1994, a motion was made by

Commissioner Lehman to approve the application to the Federal
Aviation Division for a grant in the amount of $100,000.00 on
a fiftylfifty matching fund basis with the City of Kerrville
but this motion failed for a lack of a second.

APPROVAL OF BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS
ZN THE AG EXTENSION OFFICE
On this the 8th day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-8-®, to transfer
$68.00 from Line Item No. 10-665-561, Computer Hardware, to
Line Item No. 10-665-456, Machine Repairs in the County
l_ Extension Office.
