APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION OF COUNTY HEALTH
OFFICER TO ENFORCE ADDITIONAL ANIMAL CONTROL LAWS
On this the 8th day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to authorize
the Kerr County Environmental Health Department as the Rabies
and Animal Control authority to enforce as applicable the
Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter 822 (excluding
Subchapter C, sec. 822.021 - 822.035) and the Texas Penal Code
42.11 as presented to the Court.

AND CLOSING OF THE KLEIN AND HABERMACHER ROAD
6n this the 8th day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Holekamp, the
court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to set a public
hearing for abandoning road maintenance and closing of
13,200 liner feet of roadway beginning at Highway 41,
outside Mountain Home of the Rlein and Habermacher Road. The
