motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner
Lackey, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to
award the bid to La Salle National Bank as low bidder and
include the Court Order presented to the Court for the
issuance of the bonds.

On this the 8th day of February 1994, upon motion made by
County Judge, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to have Tommy
Tomlinson contact the insurance agency and get details of said
insurance company. The auditor is hereby authorized to pay
$2,100.25 from Line Item No. 14-661-601, Fire Protection
l being a quarterly payment and authorize a hand check.
