COMMISSIONERS' COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION ON Tuesday, February 22, 1994 with all Officers present and the following proceeding were had: ORDER NO. 21829 ~~ CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 22nd day of February 1994, came on to be considered the various Claims and Accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts approved for payment out of General for $116,490.04, Jury for $639.41, Fire Protection for $4.95, Road and Bridge for $23,213.14, Juvenile State Aid Fund for $209.00, Traffic Safety Fund for $1,105.66, Juvenile Intensive Program - State Rid Fund for $2,288.78, Indigent Health Care for $421.12, 83- State Funded - 216th District Attorney for $87.77, 85-216th District Probation Fund 85 for $89.85, 86 -State Funded - 216th District Prohation for $1,208.83, and 87 ~ State Funded-Community Corrections for $1,123.35. Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to pay said Claims and Accounts and to include the Indigent Health Care Bill for $16,325.63. ORDER NO. 21830 Bt7DGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE PCT # 3 OFFICE On this the 22nd day of February 1994, upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer $301.00 from Line Item No. 10-457-561, Computer Hardware, to Line Item No. 10-457-565, Computer Supplies in the Justice of the Peace Pct 3 Office.
