TRANSFER FUNDS FROM SURPLUS IN THE 198TH
(_ DISTRICT COURT AND AUTHORIZATION OF HAND CHECKS
\~~ On this the 22nd day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-1-0, with
Commissioner Oehler apposing to declare an emergency and
transfer $10,102.56 from Surplus Funds to Line Item No.
10-436-417, Special Trials in 198th District Court.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw vouchers for expenses incurred on the
Gallemore Trial for the 198th District Court.

IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICE
On this the 22nd day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler,
the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-e-0, to transfer
$262.50 from Line Item No. 10-640-570, Capital Outlay, to Line
Item No. 10-640-456, Machine Repairs in the Environmental
Health Office.

IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICE
On this the 22nd February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-e, to transfer
$100.50 from Line Item No. 10-642-570, Capital Outlay, to Line
Item No. 10-642-330, Operating Hxpense, in the Environmental
Health Office for rabies and animal Control.
