Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to declare an
emergency and transfer $850.00 from Surplus Funds to Line Item
# 10-436-417, Special Trials, in the 198th District Court.

APPROVAL TO PAY LATE BILL TO CARD SERVICES
on this the 22nd day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-e, to gay 36.46
from Line Item No. 10-560-208, Investigative Expense, and
$48.14 from Line Item No. 10-560-330, Ogerating Expense being
$54.60 to Card Services.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for $54.60 made payable to Card
Services.
