Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
$12,875.03 from Line Item No. 10-667-103, Supervisor and
$2,770.00 from Line Item No. 10-667-108, Part-time Salaries,
$14,875.03 to Line Item No. 10-570-103, Juvenile Probation
Officer; $1,17.7.50, from Line Item No. 10-667-202, Group
Insurance, to Line Item No. 10-570-202, Group Insurance for
$1,17.7,50; $984.94 from Line Item No. 10-667-201, FICR
Expense, to Line Item No. 10-570-201, FICA Expense for
$1,615.07; and $901.28 from Line item No. 10-667-203,
Retirement, to Line Item No. 10-570-203, Retirement for
~, $].,041.15 in the Juvenile Probation Office.
The County Treasurer is hereby authorized to transfer funds
from Łund # 23 Salaries to Fund 10 Salaries.

COUNCIL TO PLACE MARKER ON WAR MEMORIAL
AND AUTHORIZATION OF KERRVILLE GARDEN CLL1B
TO DO SEASONAL PLANTING ON COURTHOUSE
On this the 22nd day of February 1994, upon motion made by
commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-8-0, to grant the
request of the Hill Country Garden Council to place a marker
on the War Memorial at their own expense and let the Kerrville
Garden Club do a seasonal planting on high traffic areas on
the Courthouse Square.
