AUTHORIZATION OF NATIONS BANK TO HANDLE
INVESTMENT FOR KERR COUNTY
Un this the 22nd day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 5-0-0, to authorize
Nations Bank Capital Markets/Nations Bank to handle the
investment of $5,900,000.00 with a Money Market Account and A
Federal Automated Account. Barbaz~a Nemec, County Treasurer
and Tommy Tomlinson, County Auditor are to be the contact
people for this investment.

MOTION TO MOVE THE COUNTY Al)DITOR'S OFFICE
On this the 22nd day of February 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lehman, seconded by (:ommissioner Oehler, the

Court voted by a majority vote of 3-0-1 with Commissioner
Lackey Abstaining, to move the Auditor's Office to the back of
the Tax Assessor's Office as Indicsated on drawings and build
the necessary doors and walls indicated with this area being
approximately 600 square feet.
