BUDGET AMENDMENT TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY
AND TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE 198TH DISTRICT COURT
On this the 1st day of March 1994, upott motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved Dy a vote of 4-0-0, to declare an
emergenry and transfer $973.76 from Surplus Funds to Line Item
# 10-436-417, Special Trials, in the 196th District Court.

BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS
IN THE AG BARN FACILITY
On this the 1st day of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Cnmmissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
$11.80 from Line Item No. 10-666-350, Supplies to Line Item
No. J.0-666-450, Building & Grounds Maintenance, at the Ag Barn
Facility.

APPROVAL OF RRPLAT OF TRACT A OF
HOIJ5TON ESTATES
Ott this the 1st day of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve
tract 1 of Houston Estates contingent on signatures needed
for the plat.
