AND TRANSFER FUNDS IN THS 198TH DISTRTCT COURT
On this the 8th day of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-e, to declare an
emergency and transfer $735.00 from Surplus Funds to Line Item
No. 10-436-417, Special Trials in 198th District Court.
