On this the 8th day of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to transfer
$16,000.00 from Line Item No. 10-512-332, Prisoner Meals, with
$14,862,.00 to Line Item No. 10-512-108, Part-time Salaries,
and $7,138.00 to Line Item No. 10-512-201, FICA Expense, in
the Kerr County Sheriff's Office.

PAPERWORK REQJJIRED BY THE BRADY BILL
IN THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
On this the 8th c9ay of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 9-0-0, to charge
$10.00 f:or processing the paperwork required by the Brady Bill
in the Y.err County Sheriff's Office. This fee is effective
immediately.
