On this the 9th day of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to place wood
duck boxes on County Park land at Flat Rock Dam to be
furnished and put in by Smokey Hearst.

On this the 8th day of March 7.994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by r,ommissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to apply for
grant money from the Texas Natural Resources Conservation
Commissioners for establishing used oil recycling programs for
Kerr County and authorize Chick Rives to make a resolution and
Bruce Oehler ro talk to other entities to become involved.
