commissioner Lackey, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
purchase of the J.P. Docket Software for $4,800.00 from Apollo
Data Services contingent an availability of funds from the
Attorney General's Office for J. F'. 7i 2, 3 & 4.

AFPROVAL O7+ AGREEMENT WITH THE HILL CO(7NTRY
J(JNIOR LIVESTOCK
On this the 8th day of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to approve the
agreement with Hill Country Junior Livestock effective
immediately and e=stablish an advisory board as presented to
the Court. Fay period for Artie Dixon to he April 1, 7994.
Commissioners' Oehler an<I Lackey are to talk with Artie and
set policies for the Hill Country Junior Livestock.
