ACCEPTANCE OF MONTHLY REPORTS
C_ On this the 22nd March 1994, came on to he considered by
the Court the reports of the County and Precinct
officials of Kerr County, Texas and having heard and
considered finds that said reports should be filed with
the County Clerk for future reference and subject to
audit.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Oehler, seconded by

AUTHORIZATION b'OR THE COUNTY JUDGE TO SIGN SRID LETTER
On this the 22nd day of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to release the
security pledge of $1,000,000.90 U. S. Treasury Bill; Cusip #
912794J70; due 3-31-1994; Receipt # 071352 and authorize the
County Judge to sign said letter.
