3.	Artie Dixon to collect and money, turn in County - County
	will pay parties entitled to money quarterly.
4.	Change phone line to Kerr County's same number.
5.	Get answering machine fixed or replaced or get cordless
	phone for Maintenance personnel.
6.	Need calling card ( Credit Card) for Artie Dixon.
7.	Make sure about insurance (Will County insurance carrier
	sell riders and make them available to outside parties?)
e.	What to do about having someone to open and close
	facility (maybe a trailer for maintenance personnel).
9.	Stockshow people have been told these guidelines and they
	agree.
10.	All parties must show and provide proof of Tax-Exempt and
	non-profit status.

On this the 22nd March 1994, upon motion made by Commissioner
Lehman, seconded by Commissioner Lackey, the Court unanimously
~- approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to appoint Jannett Goldman, Ken
Schilling, and Ernie Kaiser as members of the Hill Country
District Junior Livestock Association; Bill Cowden and Harvey
Brinkman as members appointed by the Court; Laurinda Boyd- 4H
Representative and Eddie Holland to serve. as Alternate;
Kenneth Kensing - FFA Representative; Artie Dixon to be the
Booking Agent and Commissioner Oehler Ex-Officio Advisory
Board for the Youth Exhibition Center.
