On this the 22nd day of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to grant an
exception to the rules and regulations regarding septic
systems allowing the septic system to remain as is for Mr. W.
E. Bowden at I~ot 21, The Ravine.
