ACCEPTANCE OF BID PROPOSALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE KERR COUNTY MEDIUM SECURITY
On this the 22nd day of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0, to accept the
bid proposals presented to the Court for the construction of
the Kerr County Medium Security and refer the bids to Deli
Voelkel, project manager and come back to the court with his
recommendations.

APPROVAL OF AWARDING INSURANCE BID TO
TITAN'S INSURANCE COMPANY
On this the 22nd day of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court voted by a majority vote of 3-1-0 with Commissioner
Lehman opposing to accept the bid from Titan's Insurance
Company for General Liability and Property Insurance as they
are the low bidder with a letter forthcoming from Mr. Pruski
to include the Ag Complex.

APPROVAL OF GIVING NOTICE FOR THE SALE OF
GUADALUPE SAVINGS BUILDING AKA KBRR COUNTY
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
On this the 22nd day of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court voted by a majority vote of 3-1-0 with Commissioner
Holekamp opposing to advertise for the sale of the Guadalupe
Savings Building aka Kerr County Administration Building
requesting sealed bids and give proper notice to the
' newspaper.
