APPROVAL OF GIVING NOTICE FOR THE SALE OF
GUADALUPE SAVINGS BUILDING AKA KERR COUNTY
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
On this the 22nd day of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court voted by a majority vote of 3-1-0 with Commissioner
Holekamp opposing to advertise for the sale of the Guadalupe
Savings Building aka Kerr County Administration Building
requesting sealed bids and give proper notice to the
~ newspaper.
The deadline to receive the sealed bids in the County Clerk's
Office is May 2, 1994 at 5:00 P. M. and opening of said bids is
May 3, 1994 at 10:00 A.M.
