present and the following proceedings were had:

APPROVAL OF APPRAISAL ON THE GUADALUPE SAVINGS
BUILDING AKA KERB COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
On this the 23rd day of March 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court voted by a majority vote of 3-1-0, with Commissioner
Holekamp opposed to do an appraisal of the Guadalupe Savings
Building aka Kerr County Administration Building.

FACILITY FOR KERR COUNTY

the Court unanimouslyapproved by a vote of 5-0-0, to accept
the bids of Rhodes Construction for $28,278.00; Kerr County
Welding for $9,450.00 excluding the chain link fence; D & D
Mechanical for 518,496.00; Johnny Stapp Plumbing for
$26,400.00; Design Electric for Electrical Work for $33,515.00
for the Medium Security Facility for Kerr County.
