BUDGET AMENDMENT TO DECLARE RN EMERGENCY
AND TRANSFER FUNDS FROM SURPLUS FUNDS
198TH DISTRICT COURT
On this the 5th day of April 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to declare an
emergency and transfer $12,731.25, from Surplus Funds to Line
Item No. 10-436-417, Special Trials in 198th District Court.

APPROVAL TO PAY LATE BILL TO TEXAS
WATER COMMISSION
On this the 5th day of April 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to pay $131.25
to Texas Water Commission and authorization of a hand check.
The County Treasurer and the County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a voucher for $131.25 made payable to
Texas Water Commission.
