Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to transfer
$26.79 from Line Item No. 10-403-312, Dockets and Forms to
Line Item No. 10-403-206, Bond Insurance to pay the bill of
$344.00 for renewal of policy #301637927 in the County Clerk's
Office.

FOR APRIL 1, 1994 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1994
AND AUTHORIZATION OF THH COUNTY JUDO:E'S SIGNATURH
On this the 5th day of April 1994, upon motion made by

Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to agprove the
contract with Artie Dixon to handle on-going office functions
at the Hill Country Youth Exhibition Center Booking Office
from April 1, 1994, through September 30, 1994 and authorize
the County Judge to sign said document.

This contract is made this date between Ardith (Ardis) Dixon,
hereafter referred to as Contractor, and Kerr County,
Contractor agrees to handle the on-going office functions at
the Hill Country Xouth Exhibition Center Booking Office in
Kerrville for a period beginning April 1, 1994 and ending
September 30, 1994.
