Holekamp, and Judge Stacy, Commissioner Lehman was absent and
the following proceedings were had:

CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 12th day of April 1994, came on to be considered
the various Claims and Accounts against Kerr County and the
various Commissioners' Precincts, which Claims and Accounts
approved for payment out of General for $129,260.66, Jury for
$ 873.20, Eire Protection for $12,769.67, Road and Bridge for
$77,100.87, County Law Library for $621.37, Public Library for
$19,689.42, Juvenile State Aid Eund for $158.75, Traffic
Safety Fund for $24.55, 27 Juvenile Intensive Program State
Aid Fund for $ 7,747.00, Indigent Health Care for $2,409.18,
Permanent Improvement for $13,537.96, 83-State Funded-216th
District Attorney for $80.31, 85-216th District Probation Fund
85 for $5.08. 86-State Funded 216th District Probation for
$4,971.63, and 87 State Funded-Community Corrections for
$6,101.08.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Lackey, seconded by
Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously approved by a
vote of 3-0-0, to pay said Claims and Accounts.
