Lackey, Commissioner Prect # 1. was absent: ORDER NO. 21954 CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 26th dozy of April 1994, came on to be considered the various Claims and Accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts which Claims and Accounts approved for payment out. of General $103,657.48, Jury for $244.50, Fire Protection for $4,277.91, Road and Bridge for $45,216,60, 27 .Juvenile Intensive Program State Aid Fund for $4,757.00, Indigent Health Care for $2,655.99, 83-State Funded-216th District Attorney for $1,158.16, [36--Gtate Funded-216th District Probation for $57.0.67, and 87-State Funded-Community Correction for $3,047.10. Upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to pay said Claims and Accounts and to include the Indigent Health Care bills for $55,446.37. ORDER NO. 21955 BUDGET AMENDMENT TO TRANSFER FUNDS TO NON-DEFARTMRNTAh AND ESTABLISH A NEW LINE ITEM On this the 26th day of April 1994, upon motion made by Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to transfer $1,215.22 from Line Item No. 10-409-400, Independent Audit with $580.65 to Line Item No. t0-409-203, Retirement, and $634.57 to FICA Expense and establish a new line Item for non-departmental.
