the Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to declare
an emergenry and transfer 52,976.08 from Surplus Funds to Line
Item No. 10-436-417, Special Trails in the 198th District
Court.

On this the 26th day of April 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-e-0, to pay 5248.76
with 566.32 to come from Line Item No. 10-570-335,
Transportation Expense and $182.4A from Line Item No.
10-667-487, Training Expense and authorization of a hand
check in the Juvenile Frobation Office.
The County Treasurer and t.he. County Auditor are hereby
authorized to draw a wucher for ;248.76 made payable to
Business Card.
