Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to submit the
letters of consent and the application for temporarily pumping
water out of Flat Rock Lake for use on the Multi-purpose
Fields on the County Ag-Barn Property and authorization of the
County Judge's signature on said application.

COUNTY MEDIUM SF.CIJRITY FACILITY
On this the. 26th day of April 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the
Court. unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to ratify the
~~ contracts submitted to the Court on the Kerr County Medium
Security Facility.

THE KERR COI7NTY MEDIUM SECURITY FACILITY
On this the 26th day of April 1994, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holekamp, seconded by Commissioner Lehman, the
Court unanimously approved by a vote of 3-0-0, to amend the
contracts submitted to the Court on the Rerr County Medium
Security Facility if necessary and pay penalties because of
deadline of June 1, 1994 when presented to the Auditor's
Office.
